Charles OrangaBoard Chairman
Charles Oranga
Board ChairmanCharles is a Project Management Specialist and practicing consultant. He has proven experience in managing, monitoring and evaluating development programmes for local and international agencies. He previously worked for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), Cooperative League of the USA (CLUSA) and Engenderhealth among others. Charles has been instrumental in initiating several community development programmes across the country. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Project Planning and Management from University of Nairobi; BA (Economics) from Kenyatta University. He has further specialized training in Strategic management (United States International University), Monitoring and Evaluation (Kenyatta University), Gender and Cooperatives (Negev Institute of strategies of Peace and Development- Israel).
Colin GunsonCEO and Board Secretary
Colin Gunson
CEO and Board SecretaryColin was born and brought up in Kenya and has an MSc from the University of Reading. Colin joined PAFID in 2011 and brings to PAFID extensive technical and managerial experience from the private agricultural sector, where he has worked with several international and local companies. He also has considerable knowledge of programme planning and implementation.
Beth MutungaBoard Treasurer
Beth Mutunga
Board TreasurerBeth Mutunga is the national deputy treasurer Maendeleo Ya Wanawake Organization (NGO), National Women Leader- Women in Governance and the Founder and Director of Kenya Network of Grass root Women. She has previously worked for teachers Service Commission, Kenya Red Cross, and the Children Society (UK). Beth also served as a Member of Board Kenya Medical Training College. She was awarded Head of State Commendation (HSC) 2008 by H.E. President Kibaki for her exemplary community work initiatives
Beth holds Masters in Community Development from Winchester University, Bachelor of Education (Arts) from Kenyatta University and Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from University of Nairobi.

Board MemberPaul Sitati is a professional social worker with over 8 years of experience in Social Marketing, Social Behavior Change Communication, Project planning and management, community development, community mobilization, Resource Mobilization and monitoring and evaluation expert. Among the key donors Paul has worked with include USAID, DFID and GLOBAL FUND

Sharald Oteyo
Board MemberSharald Oteyo Akhwaba is Finance Management Specialist and practicing consultant. He has provided technical financial assistance to INGO’s through professional project accounting by overseeing sound financial and grant management of multi-donor projects funding.
These include World Bank, USAID, ECHO, DFID, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundations, ACIAR, UN, IFAD and EU among others. Sharald has worked for International Livestock Research Institute-ILRI, Oxfam GB Kenya Programme, Islamic Relief Somali, EngenderHealth and Community Action for Rural Development-CARD. Sharald holds MBA from Maseno University, a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Kenyatta University and is qualified accountant
